          Visual inspections are carried out at the supplier's premises to verify quality, quantity and packaging conform to specification provided by client. The ANSI/ASQC Z.1. 4 - 2003 statistical sampling procedure is used. The complete pre-shipment inspection program consists of:

• Initial Production Inspection (IPI)
• During Production Inspection (DPI)
• Final Random Quality Inspection (FRI)
• Loading / Unloading Supervision (LS)

Implementing and Monitoring

• Quality Assurance Services:

Here our inspector inspects the garments at various stages of production and gives the comprehensive report on the quality level of the factory & the shipment. The implementation of the suggestions will help the factory to improve the quality level. This is normally a man-month service. Our inspectors are fully trained and have expertise to conduct the evaluation from the perspective of production as well as the end user

We strongly believe that quality has to be built ground up in all processes and that being proactive and anticipatory will help reduce the risk level of any production. PRANERA quality management service covers the needs of entire supply chain of products begins with quality of samples to proper loading of the container.                                                                                                                               

           Quality Risk Analysis at the order receipt stage and educating vendors on the same. Analyzing the quality concerns arising during the sampling and formulating a strategy in advance to prevent the same during production

 Timely checks on raw material, accessories, trims and ensuring smooth commencement of production or pre-production, minimize the risk of embarking on production with standard supply of raw material.

 In process auditing of different processes in the work flow to ensure early detection of any quality problems and take corrective action immediately. A check during the initial stages of production  or during production inspection helps in timely correction of defects which may be creeping into the production lines and prevent further value loss.

            A Detailed Final inspection permit the assessment of quality of the goods which are packed and ready for Inspection / to ship,  Similar to merchandising weekly quality reports from various stages of production are provided with graphical representations to both vendors and customers. In the event of finding a unacceptable performance then the vendor is upgraded to high risk and the quality is very closely monitored at various stages. The resource allocation is also increased until the performance of the vendor quality is brought to acceptable levels.
